Neat place with plenty of character. Good instructions and tips for local dining.

There was some loud peace of equipment (not the in room heater) that started up and ran for four or five minutes EVERY four or five minutes ALL NIGHT LONG. even with a white noise machine this kept disturbing sleep. I also circled the breakfast time selection rather than check the box and the cook came out and made a point of commenting in front of all the other guests. Wife was embarrassed

Breakfast menu was chosen by each guest the night before. Food was always DELICIOUS!! The decor was very cute, and definitely the most comfortable stay away from home. I even emailed the owners to ask for links to purchase the bed comforter and the mattress pad, as both felt like I was snuggled in a cloud! The outdoor patios were very comfortable to hang out with our friends who also stayed there.

Loved every second of it. Kim and her partner are mindful of every little thing you can imagine, that you may need during your stay. So clean and the breakfast was amazing!! I would stay here again and again. Will definitely come back.

Panguitch House is a classic B&B. I loved the room, the property and the wonderful breakfast.

This is an amazing place! The room was spotless, nicely decorated and equipped with things like a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. I loved the binder with menus from all the local restaurants. Breakfast was very tasty - vegetarian friendly. Kim is super nice and she really cares about her quests. the location is amazing, only 30 min drive from Bryce which was perfect for us. There is a grocery store couple of block away. I'm not sure if and when we will be back in the Panguitch area, but if we do I know where we are going to stay!
