The location is perfect for our needs.
We saw several ants in the room at various places. The bath water didn’t drain well either.

The bathroom is not good for older/handicap people.

Excellent service, especially from Rakesh. He was extremely kind and very helpful in guiding me with the transportation service in Iola, providing all the information I needed. His assistance truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing in particular. I had a very good experience.

The location was very convenient and it was quiet
The water was turned off to the toilets in the rooms when we got up. We couldn't even flush the toilet without using water from the sink. It was turned back on about 30 minutes after we got up, but that was very strange. Also, the coffee pot on the room was broken and had sharp glass edges.
