I love staying here. It’s beautiful and clean and the breakfast was hot fresh and delicious 😋. Katy location is beautiful and peaceful ☺️

Staff was great. We had to check in late and they were very welcoming. Location is amazing - close to the mall, a Walmart, a Goodwill and a Dollar Tree! The room was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable! Breakfast was ok - just enough to get you going for the day.
I think our room needed a maintenance check - the temperature did not regulate and our room stayed very warm.

Breakfast was okay, not many options to choose from. The staff was friendly.
When I arrived to the room, the sheets were bunched up, like someone rushed to put them back on. Their were stains on the sheets, walls, and floor. Room service replaced towels but did not take out the trash.

Quick check-in. Friendly front desk! Very comfortable bed!
no air in the hallway on the third floor, but the room was nice and cool. Carpets were dirty.

Price is very good! The staff is always super nice. Great location if you don’t want to get too into town. Definitely worth the money. Zero complaints with my 2 experiences.

I always stay there and love it
I had a expired ID and the man on Friday at around 7 pm was telling me I couldn’t stay ! I had made reservations and I told him look this is where we stay all the time my kids like it and so do me and my husband that’s the only thing I don’t like

Convenient to family
Hotel was hot and muggy. Everything felt damp most of the time. Pool area was open as posted every day until the last night when it was locked off 2 hours before the posted time. The last night there was nowhere to park and I had to park at another hotel.

room is small no couch just a chair. nothing stands out. beds uncomfortable n u get 1 pillow per person. just won’t book again.

property is good but breakfast served too late until 7 am and no parking, small tiny space to park.

I appreciate the later-than-usual checkout time of 12 pm and breakfast availability of 10:30 am.
No real fix for it, but I wish there was more parking at this site so that overflow to adjacent sites wasn't required. I will say, though, that while it's always tight, I've never actually had to do that yet.

There was a smell that wasn’t pleasant throughout the hotel.
My room. Smh. it felt dirty, it felt like the sheets weren’t changed, damp smell, smelt smoky.
my towels were dirty, my bathroom mat was DIRTY. I slept with my clothes on and on top of the covers. I didn’t not like my stay. I would love to be reimbursed.
