I will not use Booking.com. again!! You policy offers price match guarantee, but you failed to comply with your policy. I found this property on Air BNB at a lower rate. I emailed Booking.com a picture reflecting the property and the exact dates of travel along with their lower price. You and your representative denied my request. **

Everything was very good . They had everything we needed and everything was in working order.
We had. List of things s todo be fore we left. Check out time was at 10:00 which was ok. The list was ok except for taking the trash to the dumpster in the alleyway..we gather the trash is a plastic bag and left it in the laundry room. We were only these’re for one day.

Location was great. House was very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Would love to stay here again, we are thinking of trying to reserve in warmer weather, we really enjoyed the weekend and all agreed the location was great.
The fall decorations were cute,would have loved more seasonal decorations. Our group starts our holiday season the first weekend in December, we have been doing this for 38 yrs and would have enjoyed more seasonal decorations or no decorations, the house we stayed at in another town had no decorations last year but our group had brought seasonal stuff with us,a small tree and other small seasonal decorations.
