As a single mom with three kiddos, we come for the indoor play area. The pools are warm, the air is warm, and I can see all three kiddos from almost anywhere I am.
What I did not like has nothing to do with the Hotel, but with how rude guest can be, WOW!!

We loved the room and the deck, it was a very spacious room and comfortable beds and bedding. Staff was very attentive. The pools were warm and the kids loved it! Great location. We come here every year and its our favorite.
Toilet was spraying when we entered room, one tv remote didn't work (maybe needed new batteries). We still had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and return

Rooms were clean and nice. The pools were very warm. That was a plus. But they are in need of an upgrade. Paint is peeling and looks really bad. The hot tubs nice and hot but you weren’t allowed to turn them on. The web site says breakfast is included and that was a lie.
The majority of the staff did not speak English. It was really hard to communicate with them.

Kids loved the pool
We found dead bugs in the room.
