rooms are way too small, toilets too low, showers too tight, no place to put anything in the bathroom

How close everything was to the hotel
The restaurant was closed. It was 1 of the main reason we chose this hotel

Your workers were very friendly and the location is great.
I stayed there 10 years ago and the physical property really has not improved in the years since that stay. Bringing it back to what is ince was (and can be again) will take a lot of money by a large hotel chain.
