Very nice. East to access. Good location. Very nice and attentive staff.
Carpet was torn and stained. Everything else was very clean.

Very clean. Beds were nice. Pillows soft and squishy. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! Great options, yummy, and hot. Good location, easy to get everywhere.

Was clean (did have an unpleasant odor when you first walk in the room), easy access to restaurants and shopping. Travel for clinic appointment with the Chickasaw Nation was easy access to the nation as well.
Have a $25.00 additional charge to my credit card that I am going to have to check on, this charge isn't listed on my final receipt and there isn't a credit for this amount as of today. Also wasn't bad but the young lady that checked us in wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to like tending to the check-in process. She seemed annoyed when we asked what the room number was and how we were to locate the room. The morning gentleman was much more friendly,

TV is only issue, small issue at that. They got it to come on but Remote would only work channels no sound.

staff! Jada was excellent!!
TV didn’t work in the room! I was moved to another room 208 and the bed wasn’t too comfortable. It needs a new mattress.

Breakfast… but I guess this is US standard. At least coffee could have been real and what’s up with the plastic utensils and paper plates?

Breakfast was good and over all clean.
They would not let us check out at noon instead of 11 when we were told we could. We were in town to go to church for my Niece's Christening and the whole point was to be able to change and pick up our stuff after church.

The room was comfortable and I loved the large bathroom.
Breakfast wasn't hot at 7:00 a.m. so that could have been better.

Hotel was awesome. I will never use Booking.com ever again. Hotel didn’t have my reservation, I had to pay more money for this. Yes I had the reservation email from booking.com

The property was in a great location, very clean and the rooms were very nice and comfortable.
The lady that checked our group in wasn’t helpful or friendly at all.
