The breakfast was exceptional and staff were friendly.
The pool was closed. That was a bummer for the kiddos.

Everything was great. Good breakfast, very clean, good staff.
I was vey disappointed with booking.com because I has paid directly them but their credit card was continually denied. This happened about 5 times. I was waiting for about 45 minutes before this was taken care of. The managers at Hyatt was very courageous and apologized for the inconvenience but it wasn’t his fault. Totally disappointed with booking.com. I will not use them anymore. Thank you!

One of the best breakfast experiences, everything was fresh and had great taste, they refilled everything as soon at it was getting depleted
The noise from the street, loud cars were a bit disturbing

Location and staff
Was placed in a handicap room not sure why, the bathroom was odd and difficult for me and my son. It was also not clean lots of hairs on the tile that did not belong to us. Light kept automatically turning off while I was trying to use the vanity just not a good stay for us.
