The staff are super friendly and the motel is above average better than some hotels for more money... The staff listens to your concerns and cares deeply about their guest.
Some of the guests are not considered of the other guests as far as their noise levels at night but for the most part it was really pleasant

The location is good.
I didn't have microwave and refrigerator. And it was on the second floor.

The staff are friendly and very helpful.
I didn't have microwave and fridge. But they let me use the one in the lobby.
