The location was great, walking distance to downtown, but close to the river.
We just got a little hot , that’s all, think we could have opened the window.

The breakfast was simple but good. I loved the chairs outside. The rooms were cozy and quiet. Will stay again!

Great location so one can walk to restaurants, bars and museums in town yet also get right on the Ouray trails! Super comfy mattress and 5 pillows on king bed. Very good water pressure and fluffy towels.
It was tight! hard to maneuver with two small suitcases open. And the breakfast was very disappointing. Website led us to believe things were more homemade than they were. Felt pretty much like the breakfast you would get at a Quality Inn. Not terribly fresh or healthy. Would try something different next time.

Nice and friendly staff and decent breakfast.
I was staying in room 106 which was very small, dark and stinky. Also nearby ice machine was super loud.
