DoubleTree by Hilton San Bernardino

The hotel it’s really nice and a great location close to freeway and restaurants

That to me the room was a little warm I would like it a little cooler and also when I shower the next day, there was no hot water. I shower with cold water.

The inside was nicely decorated, the rooms felt luxurious and seemed like they had newer decor. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

The location was awful and very rundown outside. Went to the corner convenience store and there were multiple people just milling around outside, then were being questioned by police when we came out of the store. It made it feel like a very unsafe area. The hotel also charged for parking at check in, but had the gates up the whole time meaning anyone could enter or exit without having to pay. There were also signs everywhere saying management was not responsible for theft of items from your car or vandalism. It made no sense to charge for parking if it wasn’t a secured lot.
