Location, cleanliness, common rooms, and patio were great. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were nicely decorated. Bathrooms were spotless and had a great shower.

Wish our room had been large enough to accommodate a chair. For the amount of money the hotel costs, it would have been nice to have more breakfast options. New water glasses each day would have helped since they were used for water, wine, etc. Location was quiet despite being located downtown but glad we wore earplugs since the noise from other rooms was noticeable. Lastly, we had to keep a prescription medication in a common fridge and the morning we were leaving someone took it. Extremely odd.

Great location. Great amenities. Great decoration and comfort.

The rooms on the first floor facing the street are rooms in which it's difficult to get a good night's sleep. It is very noisy on the street very early in the morning with delivery trucks etc.

Incredible location and beautiful rooms.

Front desk service was not proactive.

location. friendly staff. food treats

Room- location. Extremely noisy to the point where you could not sleep. Bed practically on the floor with no box spring or elevation. Problem with AC where we had to shut it off. Room was not cleaned many days until after 4.
