O quarto que me deram cheirava iunsuportavelmente mal e o recepcionista que nos deu o quarto 115 tinha conhecimento
de reclamações a respeito. O telefone do quarto não conectava com a portaria.Nos propuseram o 128 que declinamos pelo mau-cheiro . Ficamos em um quarto menor que o reservado.

Breakfast is not good. The hotel double charged us for a single night's stay and did not responded to my repeated messages to them about the refund of the extraneous charges.

Für USA Verhältnismäßig sehr gutes Frühstück. Gutes zuvorkommendes Personal. Kostenloser Shuttleservice zw. Flughafen und Hotel
Kinderbett war schon recht ramponiert und hat erst einmal nicht gehalten. Wurde dann aber gelöst.
Shuttleservice muss telefonisch in den usa geordert werden. Ich hatte vor 3 Wochen eine Nachricht mit dem Wunsch der Beförderung geschrieben, allerdings ohne Rückmeldung. Für Gäste ohne US telefonier Möglichkeit eher schwierig. Wir hatten diese und es telefonisch lösen können

The locations is great and efficient and kind staff helped the stay
There was a smell on the floor that took a bit to shake and get use to.
The shuttle service is great but at 10pm at night if I didn’t jump infront of the shuttle it wouldn’t have stopped. Also the hotel is non responsive to messages via booking.com so don’t try to ask questions it won’t get resolved.

Speed check-in process, the room was clean and with everything we needed. We had a comfortable stay! Breakfast was Ok, not to many options available but all fresh and clean. Airport shuttle is a plus.
At the breakfast everything is disposable. I hope it gets recycled.
It took us like 30 min to schedule the Airport shuttle because phone was not attended.

-das Zimmer war sehr groß
- die Betten toll
- es gab einen Balkon
- das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich
- die Lage ist perfekt um die Strände zu besuchen und der Flughafen ist auch nicht weit entfernt
- es gibt einen 24/7 Flughafenshuttle
- leider bin ich kein Freund davon wenn Pflanzen mit spinnen direkt am Balkon sind
- der Frühstücksraum ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen
- das Frühstück selbst ziemlich übersichtlich
( Zum Glück gibt es direkt gegenüber und in der direkten Umgebung genug Möglichkeiten für ein besseres Frühstück) Positiv am Frühstück wäre zu bemerken dass es gratis war.

Proximity to the airport, nearby grocery stores, convenience stores, and fast food. Bar open till 10pm. Shampoo and conditioner bottles that are bigger than travel size!
Shower head pressure was weak and the tap water smelled like sulfur. Not a huge deal though since we were only there 1 night and the lobby has water bottles to purchase.

The lobby and breakfast area were clean, lots of breakfast options, heated pool.
The rooms were small and cramped. The floor was uneven and it could have felt cleaner. Parking is not onsite and is a bit of a walk to the hotel, not easy if you are traveling with children.

Great location. Very clean room. Pets are welcome (main reason why I booked my stay). Service oriented and friendly staff.
The room had a very strong odor, like an air freshner. Not pleasant really. Room decor a bit dated but clean.

It was on a major street and easy to get other highways. The bed was very comfortable.
The room smelled terrible. We had to go buy air fresheners and spray for the room during our stay. There was not a microwave as advertised. I was disappointed in the aura of the front desk attendant at n the check in and checkout day. He was the same person. He never greeted us with a smile and it appeared he’d prefer to be anywhere else.

Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig gelegen, die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive. Durch den frühen Flug mussten wir das Hotel um 6 Uhr verlassen. Ein Frühstück gab es erst ab 7 Uhr und ein Lunchpaket wurde nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.
Ein netter Angestellter gab uns Kaffee, der sehr gut war.
Ich würde in jedem Fall ein Frühstück to go erwarten. Das war ein großer Minuspunkt..

Pets are allowed and during our first stay, the room smelled like dog. We requested a pet free room for the next stay and it was much better.

Great breakfast, great staff, the rooms were a bit dated but clean and comfy. The free shuttle to the airport is fantastic. Would definitely stay again. Lots of tables to eat and relax after checking out an waiting for our flight time.

It was conveniently located near to Los Angeles airport and had a shuttle service to and from the airport. Breakfast was included and was very good.
