Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and fabulous pool/aquatic center.

It was an excellent trip for my little single mom family. The pools were great for my youngest and oldest. The breakfast was very nice. My kids had a blast. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a great much needed get away.

They advertise "cloud beds", but that was the hardest cloud ever! The pillows were too flat, should have had 3 different choices so everyone could find at least one that works. Layout of the room is odd, sink in a hallway outside the bathroom, no door to separate the bedroom from the lounge room, sink and toilet were at such a low height - lower than standard - it was really awkward to use them. The toilet was also too close to the wall and the paper rolls were in an elbow cracking position. It appears they try to keep everything clean, yet you can see the age of things and how moisture had taken its toll everywhere. Cost was SUPER high - I think everyone jacks up the price for Cranfest in Warrens, but this was really high for what we got. I had also thought there was a restaurant on site but there wasn't. The desk clerk was super nice at suggesting a good place to grab a burger that was close.
