The location was excellent, located close to Iowa Central College. Breakfast had a good selection of Hot and Tasty Foods.

The room that we selected on the Booking App was not the Room we received at Checkin. We booked the larger room with the sofa, and more spacious room, and is what we paid for through the Booking App.

the breakfast was good, with a decent variety. The room was very clean and was perfect for our fur baby. The pool was relaxing, and properly maintained. And the staff was super accommodating. 10/10 would recommend staying here and will stay here again

Mattresses were not excellent but not bad. Check in and check out was speedy. Hubby appreciated the round the clock coffee.

Choose here due to having a pool, whirlpool, and their location. Both the pool and whirlpool were closed due to maintenance... which seemed to be the circumstance (ie: nothing new). Alarm clock was broken. Message light on phone wouldn't turn off and front desk only gave a lame excuse. Breakfast was not good. They had biscuits and gravy but the biscuits were stale even though they were wrapped. Be warned, you get a frig but no freezer. There was a light switch by the door.. but it didn't do anything. No extra blanket in the closet which to me is the norm. Wish we would have picked the Sleep Inn that is kiddie-corner.

Coffee was okay but the breakfast bar looked pretty underwhelming. Could've used some cake donuts or something better than those small muffins wrapped in plastic. Didn't see any eggs in sight to make sandwiches with.

Breakfast...we went somewhere over in Webster City and had breakfast there.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The cost for this hotel was more expensive than other hotels in the area, but I thought it would be worth paying a bit more and have a swimming pool/gym/spa. Unfortunately this was closed for half of our stay, which was disappointing. The gym had a treadmill and cross-trainer in a small room within the pool area (which could not be accessed when the pool was closed). Complimentary self service breakfast was provided. There was a good selection of items to choose from omelette, bagels, muffins, cereals, yogurt, fruit and coffee/juice. There was a guest laundry room, which was really useful as we had stayed somewhere else prior. We used this to do some washing. Staff provided the change needed but not laundry products. Plenty of parking available.

The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days so we had to ask for towels every day (the towels provided were: a small hand towel and a small bath towel). We stayed 4 nights and it would have been nice to have room refreshed. We were in the room on day 3 when they came to clean, they offered to come back later but we decided there was no point as we were packing up ready to check out the next morning. The location is not central.
