Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Dog friendly. Friendly staff. Great airconditiong. Great shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed and sofa. Nicely appointed suite. Close to many restaurants.

Workout room and pool smaller than expected for the property. Strange noises at night. Sounded like dumpsters being emptied or someone rolling carts above us. Made our dog nervous. Went on for hours. Could have been from property behind us. Not sure.

The location

Kind noisy & not good coffee. Breakfast isn’t good either. No fan in the bathroom.

The breakfast was good had a large variety . The location was near the interstate. The pool was open and there were several patios to hang out at

Roominess and Bed. Lighting was better than more hotels. A/C was really good.

Toilet too low to floor. Shower head was awful and water pressure poor. Refrigerator would not keep food cold and did not have a temperature setting knob. Breakfast was so so. There was no instructions for television channels and the front desk lady did not know if there was such a thing.

Hotel was generally fine, but we had a few concerns.

The road at the rear of the parking lot was unpaved. Driving on such an unpaved road can cause problems with some rental car companies. My wife can barely walk and we were assigned Room 133 to be very near the rear door and parking. However, it was broken and wouldn’t allow entry from before we checked in until after we checked out - 3 nights and 4 days. Poor hotel maintenance. We reported the problem every day but nothing was done. Included breakfast ended at 9 am, while other hotels last to 930 or 10.

Pool area was very small and lacking in towels and cleanliness. Pull out bed was not comfortable.

I loved everything about the property! The staff were super friendly and welcomed me very well! The room was beautiful and clean…

The carpet needs a little deep scrub but other than that the room was really nice.. The policy needs to also state that it’s a 25.00 per night stay for pet fees! I was under the impression it’s a flat rate of 25.00. The ladies handled it and corrected it was a Minor fix overall I have no Complaints!

The location was good, but kind of hard to get into hotel since it's on a one way.

Room was clean, we’ve stayed here 10 times before the pandemic.

Pool water so murky couldn’t see the bottom. Staffed so lightly myself and others always had to wait for staff to appear at front desk several occasions. Shower in 206 only half works, unacceptable. Price is $50 higher than before the pandemic, though if the other stuff is right then this isn’t a problem.
