Location very close to bowling green university and city center.

Rooms are clean but quite dated. The floor of the room above us (our ceiling) squeaked and we could hear every step or movement of the guest(s) above us during our 2 night stay. Airconditioning unit, which was needed the first night, was quite loud.

The motel was immaculate all around. The bed was very supportive and comfortable. Coffee was better than any similar motel I've stayed in. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

We were returning from our vacation. We spent two nights on the way out in hotels, both of which were twice the price or more of what we spent at this Best Western.. This room was nicer, cleaner and more comfortable than both the others. The shower actually had water pressure and if that wasn't enough, breakfast was outstanding. We went a little out of our way to stay there and were certainly rewarded by a nice, reasonably priced room.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Very clean and fabulous breakfast options including eggs, and sausage gravy and biscuits. Bottle of water offered at check-in and check-out.

The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room was on the bottom floor and during the night there were times when there were loud noises above us that seemed would never stop.

rooms were out dated. beds looked very used but weren’t terrible to sleep in. hot tub area was so hot you couldn’t stay in the room for long.

I expected so much less for the price, but was so impressed with the quality and service. beautiful room, great breakfast, super people. I have stayed at hotels costing twice to three times the cost and received much less for my money. I would recommend to everyone
smaller tv screen than I am used to.

Bed was a bit lumpy like the mattress needed to be switched.

Location is just off the highway and very easy to find. The entire facility is top quality. Everything, the reception, the room, the pillows and comforter and breakfast area. Bathrooms are wonderful with double sinks. Great water pressure. Staff at this facility are amazing: Friendly, helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices including fruit and very good coffee. I will always stay here if i have to travel in this area.

We all loved the shower head. Most hotels don't have good selections for shower settings. My group was extremely happy to see that the shower was to our liking.
Honestly it's hard to think of any complaints we had with our stay. I guess if I had to nitpick, when we got to the room there was only two towels when originally I had listed three guests staying. I feel like a room should have One more towel than the number of guests staying in the room. Again I'm really nitpicking for that.
