Charming, friendly, nice modern room in an historic atmosphere.

Right on the Main Street with some cute little shops and nice places to eat.

location, quiet room, great a/c cooling

room was not cleaned. we were not advised at check in of need to let staff know if we wanted the room cleaned during a multi day stay. It was a mention on a handout that we did not reference. we found the bed to be quite firm.

Centrally located. Clean, comfortable and attractive rooms. Love the option for an exclusive ice and coffee facility and beautiful courtyard. I appreciate the refrigerator, microwave and complimentary water!

Rooms and bathrooms are very small

Very clean! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to get a 1st floor location for my husband's mobility issues. If they weren't able to get a 1st floor room, they were going to carry our luggage upstairs for us. The location is perfect, everything in walking distance. They offered great restaurant recommendations. I was impressed with the room, very comfortable bed and the housekeeping staff does an exceptional job. The courtyard is peaceful and a perfect place to sip your morning coffee. They have a coffee room that has a Starbuck's machine, Ice machine, Tea, etc. It's perfect and awesome for a coffee drinker like me. I must have my morning coffee and afternoon coffee and evening coffee, lol! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area Cottonwood, Clarksdale for the train, or Sedona. Great location for Jerome and Prescott or Prescott Valley.

I was in the hospitality industry for 30 years and I see things that most people out of the industry would not. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Cleanliness, property upkeep, friendliness/welcoming, location, nicely appointed room, comfortable bed and seating, beautiful courtyard, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

The location is good. the room is nice but small. Prices have gone up significantly lately.

Excellent location, quaint layout of rooms around courtyard. Extremely clean. Parking closeby.

Room was tiny and aircon old and noisy, but overall great value.
