The location in the courtyard around the rooms was beautiful
The only disappointment was when we arrived at 2;00 to check-in and the woman at the front desk was not very friendly. However, when we came back at 4 o’clock to check in the girl that was very nice. also, the bed pillows are terrible and difficult to sleep on. They’re so hard.

Location, courtyard and aesthetic of the property
Early morning housecleaning and grounds keepers making excessive noise

Great location and awesome courtyard.
Check in was 4:00 and they didn’t even want to make a note that we’d like a 3:00 check in. Customer service very lacking. The rooms were also tiny.
