The microwave, coffee maker, steam iron, and hair dryer were all unplugged with no visable outlets,

Nothing The picture on the internet and the place are no comparison. There are several rooms condemned by the Fire Marshals to be re modeled they were a fire hazard. There were padlocks on the doors of 5 rooms . Some people were living in rooms. Smell was not pleasing.

No breakfast. Location was good.
No lobby sitting area. Our room was terrible. Live bugs and a dead one. Paint was chipping on the walls. A quarter inch opening at bottom of door (probably how bugs get in). Curtain was half hanging off the rod. Only good thing was that the beds were comfortable. Overall worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The place needs a complete overhaul....really rundown.

Place was nasty .even the lobby,staff was even rude,room not ready at 5pm roaches ever we're.hair on everything ,2 inches of dust on everything .cleaning people were living in a room with there family stuff piled up outside there door .screaming at there kids all night .will never stay there again ,broke down cars in parking lot were that we're working on them oil pan and part laying everywhere .

It was very small, paint peeling on ceiling in multiple places, no hairdryer like it said it would have, really old and not super clean at all, I went to the store and bought Lysol cause I felt like the whole was was just not clean..inside and out. room service knocked on my neighbors door at 10:30 at night. very very small but If you just need somewhere to sleep it does the job….there was a tv mount with no tv on it on the wall and the tv was sitting on the dresser.

Where do I begin...ROACHES! There were hundreds of roaches in this motel! The water in the bathtub ran all night. The bedspreads were disgusting and cigarette holes throughout. Insence sticks that have been used were stuck in the holes in the walls, the hvac units are hanging off from the outside, floors both in and out of the hotel were filthy, including the breezeway. Lampshades were dirty and stained.
When we finally got to speak to the manager/owner about the situation, he asked if we had pictures and we replied "yes", he then stated that he wasn't giving our money back and walked away.

I loved how close we were to downtown Helen. I traveled with my husband on our first anniversary trip! Definitely worth it if you are on a budget. Staff was great, it was clean! We did call maintenance because we didn’t know how to work the shower and our tv wouldn’t work, however maintenance came in less than 10 minutes and fixed everything! Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff lived there so they literally rolled out of bed when needing to take care of the guests. There are people living there in the rooms, which is fine, except they have chairs, toys, bikes, and stuff all over the place and obstructing the path and stairwells. People are outside smoking and making noise from early morning to who knows what time because we had to keep the TV on to drown them out. The amount of money we paid for this place for 2 days should have been what we paid for a week. And then someone came to "clean" our rooms and they moved stuff around and took all the towels and never left any replacements so luckily we asked for extra towels (we originally were only given 2) and ended up with just the 2 again since they took every clean towel and even the bath rug. We will never go back there and the only reason we did is because it was one of the only places available. Plus they gave no soap so we had to go buy our own or we wouldn't have been able to wash our hands.

The only real positive I can save is that it is close to TMU (my daughters school).
More college parents would stay at this hotel if it looked better on the outside as well as on the inside. This hotel really needs a make over. When checking in the man we not the friendliest!
