Nice Friendly staff and Good Location. Variety of breakfast items. Nice layout of the room for our family.

The wall air conditioner would cut off when the set temp reached but no option of continued circulation in the room. But overall good spacious room.

Appreciated the shuttle service so much. It was our reason for booking. I called ahead to confirm it was available and was told it may not be due to general manager not always on property. I was upset, but you must have marked my reservation because when I checked in you immediately let me know that you had made it available. It was used by many guests, so thank you very much. I almost canceled my reservation though due to the first person telling me it might not be available. I think he could have handled it a little better like calling back or reaching out to somebody higher up to call me so I didn't worry about how I would get to the concert. Thanks.

The breakfast was very average. The eggs were not good and the ham was rubbery. Bacon would have been a better choice. Fresh fruit would be an upgrade as well as individual yogurt choices. Please consider marking food with ingredients or having allergy sheet available. Thank you!

Very clean. Everyone on duty 9/13-9/14 were phenomenal and our shuttle driver to the concert was amazing!

Spacious rooms

Beds were not that comfortable. Breakfast bar was awful for the price you pay. The deposit for the rooms is extreme. $50 a day and my daughter has a reservation for 8 nights. They want $400 deposit plus the rate for each night. The first hotel I’ve encountered that doesn’t take cash.
