We've come here for ten years because the location is perfect since we go to a Penn State Football Game the next day and only 45 minutes away . The Owner makes an Outstanding breakfast consisting of eggs to order, steel cut oats, turkey bacon, and anything your heart desire. The coffee is the best I've ever had and I'm a coffee snob!the Owner,Johti, is the most Sweet and accommodating host and will help you with anything you need!
The Only thing I didn't like that I didn't stay another night and it was a bit of a drive to go to the Football game and then drive home instead of staying the night with the comfy beds and a great host!if I have to say I I had to say anything I didn't like is make to make sure you ask for a lower floor if you have any disability ( I had a knee replacement) and there are no elevators . When booking your room they will accommodate if you want a lower floor!

Owner was very sweet. Breakfast was better than the standard continental breakfasts from chain hotels. Room temp can be controlled.
Rest of house was hot. Owner did not show us around to know where things were or where we could or could not go. One room that actually had a tea and coffer station we could not tell by looking from the hallway. The owner had personal music equipment he was restoring on the table. In the morning the stairs were very dark and I ended up missing a step and falling down a few stairs. The house was old and had an old smell to it. No tv in room. Bed and pillows were a bit too firm for us but other may like that.
