front desk employee was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast in the morning was great !

the pool was not in the main building so you had to walk through the parking lot to get to the pool building . the hot tub was ice cold and the pool was very hot

Good location with spacious room with iron & ironing board, coffeemaker, microwave & fridge. The complimentary breakfast was quite nice with waffles, bread, pastries and cereals.

There was stain on the carpet that could have been properly cleaned.

Having the staff prepare a sack breakfast was nice.

We weren't able to use the in-room coffee maker as it was missing a part. Though we reserved the room for two days the room key card quit working after the first day and had to be re-keyed.

The staff has been inviting , accommodating, helpful and always smiling.

The wifi

Run-down place, not clean, no wifi and nothing worked. Would not return and cannot recommend the GreenTree Inn.

It was clean and bed was fairly comfortable.

Strong smell of stale cigarettes in the lobby area. NO WiFi in my room. I got some story about updating their router. Listing specifically said WiFi in ALL areas. Also no cell reception so completely unable to access internet or cell service unless I stood in the hallway where I could access WiFi. I had to have key reprogrammed 3 times in a one night stay and desk staff acted like I didn’t know how to use the card key. I’m not a kid and have never had problems like that in other hotels.

had to go to separate building for ice. parking lot was tight and steeply sloped. our key cards didn’t work on 2 different occasions, and had to walk to other building to get them reset. they stopped serving breakfast at least 20 minutes earlier than they were supposed to.

Room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. Very good location

It would be unfair to say the staff were unhelpful as really it was just one member of staff. The hairdryer didn't work (it went on fire!!) The only solution I was offered was to let my hair dry itself. Then at breakfast it appeared that the same staff member just didn't want to be there. All the guests were left guessing as to how to access the breakfast bags. Fantastic facility but a disappointing experience.

Room was spacious, nice and clean. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. We had dinner at a nice family style Mexican restaurant across the road, which we can recommend.

The breakfast bag was not great, but at least it was something.
