Sweetwater Inn and Spa

So clean and comfy! Staff was amazing!

Very unique experience staying in a converted water tower. Top level balcony gave a 360 view of Mendocino (it was if I was staying ocean front). Accommodations were comfortable (had to get used to the TIGHT spiral staircase). Bed was comfortable, convertible couch was also, comfortable. Only one street away from all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend early morning and evening walks along the Headlands.

Counter space in kitchen was small, “workable” but, small. Parking was tight.

I love the old world charm of Sweetwater and that you can park your car and get where you need to go on foot.

Location to most of the restaurants and shops

I know this was a small room, but it also had too much furniture for the size. The pillows on the bed were terrible. The cost of new pillows for this room is minimal. There wasnt anyone at the desk when we checked in at 4:00PM. The access to the application on the television were a challenge to operate. Had to call for help, and even the person who showed up didnt know how either. The individual was nice enough, but when he called for help the person on the phone was short tempered and rude. If there are extra steps to using the TV it would help to have printed instructions. I understand that there probably isnt a necessity for air conditioning, but only one window had a screen and that screen didnt fit the window, and there were large gaps for dirt and bugs.
