The private balcony that overlooked the beach was just a beautiful view!!

From the moment we walked through the door of the front office, we were met with smiles and a warm welcome. At every turn the staff was cheerful and friendly. The views were amazing and the pool/hot tub were immaculate. I've never seen a cleaner pool at a hotel. We were upgraded to a suite and we were extremely pleased. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was there!

The only problem we had was the tub was slow to drain. That's it and it wasn't a problem for us.

Nothing, it's small with a funky window that goes to the hallway it's wired. Definitely not a family place At ALL. Especially if you have little ones I suggest paying the extra $20 for a different place.

The room I booked on the booking.com website said it was a beachside view with a patio. I'm on the 3rd floor in a hallway that looks out onto the parking lot. I would have chosen a different place if I knew that.

however they didn’t have room service and the bedding was full of random hair we had to go buy extra bed wear the room smelled uncleaned

Dirty samitary napkins and blood in the bathroom lobby - this was our first impression.

The heated pool and hot tub

The room was not so clean. Furniture, walls, and equipment looked worn out, scuffed or damaged. Room needed updating and repairs.

Amazing location right on the beach, just 15 minutes from Pier Park.

Bathroom was a little small but not really a bad thing.

My room was a little small. Just enough room to walk around the bed. And I think they was doing some construction on the other side of us during the day so early it was nosy on the other side of the shower. But over all. Not bad.
