Asked for late check out and was kinda rude to us. I was even willing to pay. So could of been a little more understanding.

Estherville suites and hotel was very updated and well put together. Rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.

The breakfast area was pretty simple but very clean. Breakfast choices were simple as well.

It’s very family friendly.

My kids always love the pool, hot tub and of course the new touch free pancake making machine. The staff was especially helpful when our neighbors were celebrating a bit lot it was handled within minutes. Adam on the night shift was very accommodating to our needs including the pack n play for my 2yr old son and helping to light the awesome gas fire pit in the outdoor lounge area for some cool time after the hot tub.

I wish I'd I started my stay during the weekday with that rate I could continue my stay through the weekend with the same rate instead of the 50% weekend hike.

Location was very convenient, price was great for the offerings and room was comfortable and nice with mini-fridge, coffee and microwave. Beds were comfortable too. Loved the roll-down shades instead of curtains. Offered more blackout feature, which I liked.

Toilet paper not filled and no replacement on hand. I had to ask for a roll at the front desk. The hard surfaces had not been wiped down from some stick hands. I had to use a washcloth to wipe down the bedside table of rings, desk from stickiness, and also keypad, door handle and sides of microwave. Not a major, but someone had some messy hands.
