The breakfast was not up to whatI was use to at other Holiday Inn Express. The milk for cereal was in a pitcher not sealed or individual container. Rarely ever saw front office staf or breakfast staff. Rooms clean

Staff and overall the room was nice.
The used Q-tip in the bathroom, the hairs in the shower.

Very convenient.
Not a pet friendly facility.
Initially was assigned to a room that I did not book.
Was told Booking.com booked a room for us that they did not have.
I had called to confirm the room reservation a week prior to our stay.
The staff member at the desk was very nice and did change our room assignment.
I showed him our room confirmation.

Liked the convience of on site location. It was clean.
Eggs were brown like cooked too long and coffee was very weak.

"They ran out of scrambled eggs before we could get some, the pancake maker was out of order. Everything else was very good. The breakfast staff was very nice."
