Liked the coffee being available all day. Liked the overall location to restaurants. Liked the overall ambiance, the fireplace availability, the carpeting, the calm atmosphere. The breakfast selection was nice and the area was especially clean. We thought the bed was comfortable and the room was well designed.

The only thing that we didn't like was the street traffic noise that seemed to be persistent all night.

I liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff were pleasant and breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from, was very good and included with the stay. Great location, with many good restaurants to choose from and very close to entertainment, especially Dutch Wonderland and outlets. The rooms were equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, and the hotel has a pool and hot tub for occupants to use and enjoy, while during their stay.

I have nothing to say negative about this hotel.

My bed was hard

The staff were extremely friendly and chatty when we arrived. We were upgraded to a giant room that was impressive - I felt like I wanted to stay more than one night! The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent - had more than we needed. The car park was big enough for us to park our car in and it was free - which was a bonus. Have already recommended this hotel to other friends thinking of coming to Lancaster.

Very cute entry, clean rooms, great access to local entertainment, polite staff.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable, but that was the only downside.

Wonderful hotel and location. Front desk manager Shay was so warm and welcoming, she took great holiday pictures around Christmas Tree.

Hotel od samego wejścia sprawia wrażenie, że czujesz się jak w domu. Kominek, kanapy, fotele, dekoracje nadają bardzo ciepły klimat. Do tego bardzo miły i sympatyczny personel. Pokój przewyższył nasze oczekiwania, był duży, komfortowy i bardzo wygodny. Posiada również miejsce do pracy zdalnej oraz kanapę z TV. W lobby znajduje się ogólnodostępna kawa, duży wybór herbat oraz ciasteczko do kawy. Śniadanie bardzo dobre i dobry wybór. Bezpłatny parking pod hotelem. Wszędzie bardzo czysto i miło. Taki mały klejnot z dala od wielkich miast wśród Amishów. Bardzo polecam.

The rooms are spacious, and there is a pool and it tub! Customer service is great. Location is across from Dutch Wonderland and walkable to outlet stores.

Breakfast was ok but that is expected with breakfast included with stay.

Room was clean and maid service was good each day. Breakfast was very ordinary, mostly packaged foods, except for waffle irons. No real maple syrup.

Greeted with a smile and easy check-in. Room was clean and spacious. Close to local attractions. Our stay was very nice.

Breakfast. Waffles, microwave sandwiches, cereal. Basics like coffee, tea, juice. There were apples and bananas. No eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes. I don't expect the breakfast to be restaurant quality but you could do better. I travel a lot and other hotels have better breakfasts. Other people were disappointed that there was no other hot breakfast other than waffles. Also, please put the toaster next to the bread. No clock in the room which I thought was odd.

Great breakfast, well situated, very comfortable and well equipped rooms. Extremely helpful and efficient staff. Great breakfast. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and hot drinks.

Use of disposable plates, cups and silverware is very wasteful and unsustainable.

There was no clock in the room which was inconvenient. I couldn’t set an alarm or even see the time. A phone is not adequate as a clock. I was told when they remodeled, the clocks were removed. ??

Nice room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was great...plenty of variety for food.

Plumbing issue in the bathroom...toilet was leaking water on the floor. Expressed my concern upon checkout and they wrote it down to have maintenance take care of it.

Easy check in and a wonderful breakfast. Wide selection of juices, cereals, and breakfast sandwiches. Everything in the room was clean and dust free. Bed was very comfortable.

Shower curtain was not sized for the area which allowed water to run onto the floor.
