Small room and very small bathroom. If I was say 180 pounds would not have fit in bathroom, it was tight.

It's 75 yards from Times Square and the half-price theater ticket kiosk. My room was spacious and comfortable.
The breakfasts included the worst tasting egg and cheese sandwiches I've ever had (provided by a private cafe with a coupon from the hotel.)

location, AC was great, nice shower
the front desk, registration, concierge and bellmen were so rude. It was shocking. The check in process was a complete cluster and different people gave us different answers to the same question. The hotel never responded to any inquiry via the Booking.com app. The lobby is loud, crowded and old. I would never stay here again.
