Friendly staff, great location. Breakfast in the morning was a plus.

One room was really nice the second room was at the end of the corridor and was incredibly tiny, pocket door on the claustrophobic bathroom.

Apesar de ter ficado no 16º andar, ouvimos o barulho da Times Square. A cortina blackout do quarto poderia ser maior pois deixava passar as luzes dos outdoor luminosos.

El hotel esta ubicado de tal forma que se puede ir caminando a muchas de las atracciones principales.

El espacio en la habitacion es reducido. Poseen al menos 2 closets donde se puede acomodar equipaje

Location location location location. Steps from time square. Rooms were great and clean. Security was amazing. Door man were funny and great. Breakfast as an option at Carve was delightful. Staff were great. Restaurant and bar on site were handy.

Clean Room- Smells Clorox Better than old wood

To much noises outside of our 21st floor room, people were working( construction work) I told them so many time to let us rest and they still continued. Too old Disappointed - different pic shows off diff it’s in reality. Breakfast better to not include! Not value the $$$

The location is extremely convenience, with several subway stops nearby. Also, the Time Square is nearby; we had a great time exploring a wide variety of shops in the neighborhood. The room is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Le canapé lit de la chambre etait vraiment inconfortable, meme en le changeant de coté, le matelas est tellement fin qu’on sent les barres du dessous.

Que tenían personal trabajando en el cuarto de al lado en una construcción y hacían ruidos excesivos a partir de las 9am.

Buena infraestructura del hotel y excelente ubicación

El desayuno no es entregado en buenas condiciones, entregan ticket para un local que no tiene las suficientes mesas y sillas , entregan opciones de comida que no se ajustan a los requerimientos. Retirar el desayuno no es una opción válida porque la habitación no tiene la comodidad para comerlo ahí.

La ubicación y que nos dejaban café en la habitación.

Que el personal de la recepción no hablaba castellano y que te cobren por dejar el equipaje por paquete, me quisieron cobrar 20 dólares por los paquetes que tenía y cuando me rehuese a pagarlo me lo bajaron a 10 dólares y me pareció muy caro.

The rooms were clean, the location is great, and the included breakfast and upgraded breakfast options were great!

WiFi never worked (which was part of the $40 a day resort fee), hot water for the shower took 20 minutes to get when running at max heat, and no mini fridge (even for medicine storage) made it a bit frustrating.

The room was beautiful, clean and very secure. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet and enjoyable. The staff were amazing in particular Christian and the reception desk.

The reception area was like Grand Central Station. It was a bit too crowded and so many children running around.

Our first room was OK, very small but we went with the least expensive room. One of my sons had a travel issue at another hotel over the weekend and the gentlemen at the desk was more than helpful with getting us a larger room so he could stay with us for the night. I had another room booked for a separate stay during the same week and the same gentleman who helped us with a room upgrade remembered one of my son's names. That meant more to me than anything. This was our 3rd stay at Hotel Edison and will absolutely book here again.

The first room we were booked in was very small and the bathroom should probably get an upgrade.

The location of this hotel was perfect and beds were comfortable. We also liked the Rum House. The staff was very friendly.

The website led me to believe that there was a rooftop bar but there isn't one...not a huge deal. I called two days in a row for towels and finally got them on the third call.

Very high price room for a medium size room that wasn't even worth staying in , it didn't have a refrigerator, we asked the front desk if he could change he say and he told us that couldn't, we I don't recommended it, He also disrespected my wife when my wife spoke Spanish to him because he was Hispanic, he told her not to speak Spanish to hi but in English. 4/6/2024

4 főre csak 2 adag reggelit kaptunk. A szobába jó lenne egy mini hűtő. Kíváló elhelyezkedès. Liftekre nem kellett várni. Nagy, kényelmes ágyak.

Great location and nice addition with breakfast vouchers. Complementary water nice touch too. Room was always cleaned well.

Rooms very dimly lit. Very dark and dingy and unwelcoming. Literally no storage or cupboard space for 4 people for a week.

Quartos espaçosos. Para o padrão de NY é um luxo o tamanho dos quartos. Bem amplos. O hotel tem excelente localização na times square. Ótimo para ir caminhando para o sul (ruas com numeração menor) e norte (numeração maior e central park). Da para fazer tudo andando. Também oferecem café da manhã gratuito, que não é comum em NY.

Como fica muito próximo da times. O quarto pode acabar sendo barulhento. Sirenes de policia e bombeiros sao comuns na cidade o dia inteiro.
