The hotel is located near several stores and restaurants for your personal convenience. Staff was polite and helpful. There is a continental breakfast available. Although I did not eat breakfast, I did check it out to see what they had. Breakfast contained your usual hot/cold continental choices.The areas in the kitchen were nice and clean as well as the room I occupied.
My room was pretty cleaned for the most part, but the smell of the carpet caused the room and the hallway area to smell which off set my sinuses really bad. The carpets on the 4th floor can use a deep cleaning.

very comfortable beds
the floors (mostly in the corners) and elevator were dirty, the breakfast was ok, just not much choices and the coffee was not good at all, it was not brewed it was the hot water with pods inside the coffee machine (I know MY coffee, so I know how it was made)
