Most the staff was very nice. Beds were comfortable and room temperature was nice for it was hot outside. Their coffee was amazing, I love coffee.
Pool was open, but the spa was closed. When my husband asked for bedding for the pullout couch he was told by the evening clerk that if any of the bedding came up missing that our card would be charged $500. I didn’t feel like that was necessary, since we had booked 5 people to stay in the room (2 queen beds and a pullout couch) the room should of had bedding in it for the pullout. The bathroom had some small amount of mold and cracks in the wall by the tub/shower.

The food was good but I tried to milkshake and both of them was bad
The pool and spa both were not working and no one told us until we went to go swim. That's when we found out the pump was broke on both. They said you could still swim but you couldn't even see the bottom it was so cloudy
