The staff were very helpful. The location was not really close enough to walk to the downtown locations, but that was okay.
The pool was very cold, and we were hoping for a hot tub, but everything was clean. The tiles around the pool were extremely slippery and treacherous.

Easy to book. Responded to 1 request quick. Kept checking on things. Location good for our needs! Appreciate the breakfast bar always. Appreciate the grab and go treat!
Sunday morning coffee was not really hot and unfortunately the juice bar was not topped uo but all neat and clean and the foods hot and tasty!

The location was great , room was clean some front desk staff was nice
I didn’t like how a specific room was requested and ended up not being able to have a specific room for accessibility. The man that the front desk was not concerned about it he seemed more interested in talking about how he was called into work that evening. There was no room service so had to reuse towels but I ended up just going and buying bath towels
