Good location. Clean room. Friendly Staff. Reasonable price. This is a bare-bones room. No coffee maker or ironing board et. If you want more than a clean room with a comfortable bed, look elsewhere and be willing to pay more for it.
Only about 10 minutes to downtown Coos Bay for shopping, dining and sightseeing.
Traffic noise from highway 101 but didn’t keep me awake.

Old school motel but clean and comfortable.
Highway noise a bit much but made it very easy access so convenience outways noise.

The people at the front desk with the family and it's old-fashioned but very clean and I attended a wedding and was told by my sister-in-law that her parents used to stay there and it was their favorite place and they passed away years ago and I had no idea so that was pretty cool too!

I liked the location of the property because it was close to recreational areas
I didn’t like that there were dings, dents and holes all over our room. I also didn’t like the bed, it was awful as were the pillows.
