Stayed for Valentine's Day. We ate in the restaurant and it was very good. Enjoyed the property and the pool/jacuzzis. We will be back.

I was placed in a handicap room so all of my dresses hit the floor when they were hung up. We also had no counter, but a wire rack and my toothbrush and other items kept falling between the bars.

Beautiful location. Lovely banquet rooms! every area was clean!

Furniture in private room was well worn. Curtains at windows were dry-rotted from the sun.

Middle of no where. Breakfast was alright.

When I called to complain about other guests above us and nothing was done. 2nd call at 1am got no answer. There was a heard of elephants above our room.

Swan Lake is a hidden gem! For us, it is only an hour drive. I took so many pictures of flowers! The landscaping is gorgeous. The pools were very clean, all new carpeting throughout, freshly painted. Everyone was nice and always helpful. The food in the 2 restaurants was very good. And we got a AAA discount! My hubby played 9 holes & I rode along, so peaceful. I am looking at our calendar to see if we can get a weekend there again. Told all of our family & friends about it.

The tennis courts need to be refurbished. We spoke to one of the owners, they just bought it in 2020 & little by little they are redoing things.

cranky front desk staff; staff tied up on phone taking reservations for long time when we had questions at checkout. some staff were snappy ;overall front desk staff unfriendly on two separate occasions; snapped at us and harsh tones; need lessons in manners ALSO smoking stands way too close to front entrance , never seen them that close at other motels in this day and age
