The hotel was nice and the staff was wonderful! Room service was quick and they called to make sure they had every condiment we needed. Checkout was simple and valet was very quick even during the busy 12:00 checkout
The bed was broke down, very squishy and the sheets kept coming off. We did order chicken strips for room service and they were burnt on the outside and not so well cooked on the inside. The beet salad was great!

Gorgeous property, the pool was a big hit, beds on the comfortable side. Our bathroom was broken, but they sent the nicest maintenance man up to fix it right away. Front desk was helpful.
Not enough towels, extra fee’s and parking wasn’t expected.

The property was very clean and the employees very nice.
The room we were assigned was next to the elevators and extremely loud all night long. I made the front desk aware in the morning and they were very apologetic. Yet, I had paid for a quiet hotel room and had that expectation. They did not meet that expectation and did not offer adequate compensation. It was a very disappointing stay in that aspect.
