The facility was very clean, as always.
Sink did not drain. There was very little water pressure, and the water was tainted for a period of time. We tried to contact the front desk, and the phone in the room was missing the plug-in cord. We called the front desk 4 times, and Jacob hung up on us. I went down to the front desk to ask for a maintenence person or manager, and Jacob said there was know one on duty. Jacob also said he would not talk to me, because of my tone. In fact Jacob threatened to call the police if I did not leave. At no time did I raise my voice or threaten him in any way. I merely requested a maintenance person to fix the problem.
We stay at this hotel twice a year and have never had a problem. We will never stay there again. The entire situation could have been resolved by a competent employee.

The property was amazing! Very clean! The lobby has lots of options for drinks, snacks, and the business center along with the restaurant and great pool with hot tub. The rooms are great, lots of space & very well taken care of.
We were excited for breakfast, and the receptionist we bought vouchers from told us that we would be able to order from the menu and we were so excited, but it ended up being a buffet - we just would have liked to know it was a buffet and not the menu breakfast, was disappointing. The shower was also very slippery, be careful!

Great accommodations for the price! A little surprised you had $7.00 per person if u wanted breakfast. I assumed itvwas included with the price of hotel room. That's a deciding factor to many people travelling on a budget.
Take out breakfast charge. Add it to the room cost if need be but I gaurantee you it makes people book elsewhere if there's no free breakfast.

The room above us was very loud. Stomped and jumped very late into the night. Tried to call the front desk and nobody answered. Then I was charged more than what my email confirmation said.

Everything was fine as far as the stay and the general appearance and upkeep.
I received a receipt for the stay before I left which said my charges were $140. I checked my account, and there was an unseen extra $40. This made the total $180. I didn't make any phone calls, I didn't use the snack bar, I didn't order any movies, I didn't even eat at the restaurant. Extra $40 for what? I'll never use holiday Inn again, nor will I use booking.com.

very nice place, close to several restaurants plus one inside the hotel!
No coffeemaker in room, encouraging people to roam around in their pajamas-yuck! Many coffee drinkers like to have coffee before getting ready for the day! Did not stay for the $7 breakfast-seems kind of “chintzy “ to charge for breakfast! I know the price is figured into the “free” breakfasts!

Nice hotel in a good location. Room was clean, and the pillows and bed were very comfortable.
Having a restaurant in the hotel we expected, and paid extra for breakfast, however is was not worth it. It was Saturday morning, and a buffet. There was not much to choose from, and frankly not even as good as what we had at other hotels where it was included in the cost of the room.

I loved the restaurant and the service was awesome. The room was very comfortable and clean and the Housekeeping lady greeted us with a have a nice day as we left our room. Very polite and respectful people.
The hot tub was out of commission and that was one of the amenities of why we chose this place.

For starters we like the location. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable.
The front desk staff that checked us in was NOT very friendly. We stay here for 3-4 days about every other month and the last lady that checked us in made us feel like we’re inconveniencing her.
