Advertising food 24/7. Burgers etc. Don't do this at all. Breakfast times very busy and would run out of food quickly. Slow to top it up. Same with utensils.

we left an important item in the room and did not have very attentive staff try and find it. it was lost.

Would never stay again staff doesn’t even know when breakfast gos till. I expected much more from a Hyatt property

Rooms were old and Dusty. Not very clean. Shower curtain was moldy

I was charged $15.74 over the booking agreement. I was told it was an incidental charge which will eventually refunded but it was not.
I asked but did not given a receipt when I check out.
