Music City Hotel - The San Francisco Music Experience

Okay, the beds themselves were quite comfortable. They're very nice. I like the blankets, and I like the pillows. That was all nice. The vibe of the hostel is also really nice. I enjoyed that. Some of the staff and the housekeeping were all very friendly and very cooperative. I asked for an iron, and they gave it to me. I needed to check out a few minutes late, and they were very reassuring and said that it's all okay and not an issue. I really, really appreciate that. I didn't stay for super long, so I couldn't say too much.

What I didn't like was that the bathrooms were pretty cramped and small, and I didn't enjoy the showers too much, but that's fine if you're only going to stay here for a few days. You can definitely bear with it.

Wonderful, kind, friendly and helpful staff, like Danny, Brian, Eden, and more; very nice and clean place; easy to get around San Francisco, near bus stops of #19, #2, #49; and short walk to Trader Joe's, CVS, and Whole Food Market.

Amazing concept for hotel with themed Bay Area music rooms and the whole place just felt great. Shared bathrooms kept very clean.

Shared bath facilities only annoying in the middle of the night. Only had big pillows too, one big and one thin would be good change.

The capsules had a good design. The bathroom was spacious. The hotel was easy to access through public transport.

The bed was not comfortable at all, the mattress was bent and the fan was loud. Other people in the room had music until late.
