Located in the heart of downtown and walking distance to Target Field, Orpheus & Filmore Theaters and other key sites. The rooms (bed/bath), fitness center & included breakfast are all very good. It is connected to the skywalk network in the second floor
There is no free parking and it'll cost you another $25 a day to park in the attached Hawthorne ramp. Can be pricey depending upon events happening.

Location! Connected via Skyway to parking ramp & Orpheum Theatre.
The young man at the front desk couldn’t even stand up straight, look me in the eye (he was distracted by something on the counter - phone maybe 🤷♀️) when I asked a question about check out.
Would have been nice to have 2 more bath towels in the room.

The location was perfect for being close to Target Field, and I get the price for being so close to the ballpark. Breakfast was typical for most hotels. The dining area was comfortable and spacious.
Disappointed in the room size. Room was not replenished with coffee? No tea? No plastic cups for drinking water? Trash not emptied?
