Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Frisco North-Fieldhouse USA

Great location

Nothing

The location is absolutely fantastic! Shopping centers so close by. Movies close by. Everyone was very nice and several people asked and made sure we were enjoying our stay.

Wish the breakfast ended at 10:30

It was a great location!

I was pleased with my stay here. Until it wasn’t cleaned at all and I stayed there for 4 nights… the first morning I was there, I went out to go on a walk and the cleaners were in the hallway and when I came back 1 1/2 hours later they were still in the hallway but my room was never cleaned. On the 3rd day staying there I called cause I wanted to come back to a clean room after a long day so I asked if my room was going to be cleaned (or if it was cleaned) cause it had not been cleaned yet, And the front desk person said no and that the cleaners have left for the day. And on the mirror of the room that I was staying in, it said they would provide cleaning every other day. So I was very disappointed in that. I like when I pay for a hotel knowing that I am being taken care of and will have my ro Cleaned at the end of the day when I come back.

Beds very comfy. Double sinks and good lighting for bathroom. Updating my post - spoke with the GM today about the lack of hot water. She issued us a partial reimbursement with the promise to remedy the issue for future guests. The staff is very nice.

No hot water. Worked 1x we were there...my wedding guest also staying there had same experience. Ridiculous. The breakfast was fake eggs , oatmeal, no edible per my daughter.
