Room and room amenities were great.

Water temp in room was cold. Asked to have it fixed. Maintenance came and warmed it up but when I was asked if it was warm enough I said no. He refused to turn it up more citing a lawsuit. I still had goosebumps while showering. Lukewarm water is not fun.

The property was modern and had a nice decor. but beware, they have a 10 AM check out time. It doesn’t feel like much of a vacation coming here. There is no restaurant on the property. There is no terraced view of the ocean. The staff are rude. I heard them deny multiple people. Hilton honors requests as they came through check in. They took a strange pleasure in being rude to guests.

The staff were rude. I called the property to let them know. I would be checking in after 10pm on Friday night. I wanted to make sure that I would be able to get into my room. Although I attempted several calls, No one answered the phone. I also tried messaging the property with no response. Because I was unsure I could get in, I decided I should not drive an hour and a half away from home. when I arrive to check in on Saturday, I spoke to the manager about this incident and requested credit for the previous night stay because I was unable to stay that evening. They denied my request. They called me a liar and said that someone always answers the phone. They threatened that my Saturday evening stay had been canceled. they told me that I would have to call a different telephone number to speak with reservations. I spent an hour on the phone getting passed from person to person at Hilton. And was finally told that I would have to speak with someone on Monday about this. Even after speaking with Customer Service at Booking.com. No one has been able to resolve the issue.

The staff was excellent. The room was quite large and the bed very comfortable. There was wonderful water pressure. The soaps and shampoos were very nice. The sheets were comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The indoor pool was delightful.

There was often a long wait for the elevator. The quality of the towels, especially the pool towels, was very poor. The toilet paper was almost useless it was so thin. The housekeeping service failed to abide by our instructions to not enter the room. The shower door seal had mildew and leaked. The balcony was not clean. The parking is too far away and you must walk in the open to reach the hotel, which is an issue when the weather is bad.

Everything was amazing from arrival to departure.

next time ill request a lower floor. floor 23 gave me anxiety.

The room was nice and suitable for me and my family. I enjoyed the view of the ocean. Also it was much spacious and was plenty of room for my son to run around and play. I look forward to staying here again.

This property is amazing. The staff were most accommodating with an early check in, and exceptionally friendly. The room is massive, with an open plan style kitchen living room. There is also a balcony with a view of the beach. The location is ideal with the beach literally 1 minute walk from the hotel. For what we received it is excellent value for money and I can definitely recommend this property and I will most definitely visit again
