Our room on the 24th floor was beautiful, spacious and immaculate. It had a partial ocean view. There was construction next door but the room was completely sound proof.

Beautiful hotel and the free go kart/ mini golf was a huge bonus for my family.
We must have been near a utility room and could hear the click-clack of the elevators all day and night.

Good location and good staff.
Cable was not functioning until Wednesday. Night supervisor was very nice and continued working to resolve problem. Finally by Day 3 problem fixed. First person sent to resolve problem told us there was nothing he could do.

The Bartender Steve he was an amazing man ❤️ So sweet & very helpful.
The elevators ! They were being renovated & that made it a wait process to use the elevators & one of the elevators feels very loose.
