Beds too soft for me.

Breakfast was averarge. The restaurant however was awesome. Great bartender, great atmosphere. My wife and I had the Filet steak for dinner and it was exceptional. Pricey but worth it.

Location is excellent, conveniently located downtown, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and an excellent coffee shop across the street. Front porch is a great place to sit and people watch with a drink in your hand, and roof top bar also looked pleasant with comfy seating and patio heaters.

For a boutique hotel, cleanliness was below average. Room seemed tired, with crown molding drooping from the ceiling. Worst of all was the HVAC unit mounted at head level on the wall next to the bed; all night it blew a steady stream of cold air directly down on the bed. Continental breakfast in the morning was substandard for a boutique hotel at this price point. Staff had to be asked to bring out more hot food and napkins; muffins were wrapped in Saran Wrap and bagels seemed to be day old already.
