Everything else was great. Staff and facilities were real good. Even the amount of time it took for the repair guy to get there was quick. It was just the timing of it. Not anyone's fault just when that lock gave out. Right when I needed to get ready for a wedding.

Staff were very friendly, clean comfy room, bed was great (not hard as a rock like most places), easy to get to, and plenty of room to park our pickup and horse trailer!

We were hoping they would have breakfast but they didn’t which meant going into town and making another stop, not that easy with a horse trailer!

I stayed at a My Place for three months in Denton, TX. I had forgotten how nice My Place Hotels were, what nice reminder.

No coffee in the Morning.

It was very clean, dog friendly and good price. The room was roomy and clean kitchen was nice to have. The staffs are friendly and very efficient.

Bed, including the pillows and linens were not comfortable...

Was not a fan of the "ordered to your room breakfast" options, that was disappointing but with the pandemic it was expected. The coffee was good.

Should really enforce no smoking at the entrance, every time we returned to the property there were people smoking right at the front door.

Always judge a motel on the shower and iron The iron was a piece of crap... seriously The hair dryer was on the wall so close to the mirror it could barely reach the back of my head The water pressure in the shower was poor Would I stay again? Not so sure

The room is big and full size fridge.

The place clean and the staff are wonderful . My only issue is not having any basic kitchen gadgets. One would think, having a small kitchen will at least have pots & pans, kitchen utensils etc. Overall, it was a good stay.
