No breakfast included. However, there was a community room with a microwave and free coffee.
Dehumidifier in the room was noisy. We could hear the television in the room next door.
In the morning, there were people working on computers in the community room, so we felt uncomfortable talking and having our coffee in the room with them.

I was not able to enjoy facilities as a wedding was taking place and no ability for dinner or anything else. It would have been nice to know this when making reservation so that I could have made a plan early on as I reserved my room very very early

The location. The decor. Everything was FIRST class....sheets, pillows, towels, toiletries, etc. Just charming!
We would have liked ice to be available.
