We love the location, very private and right on the ocean. The grounds are beautiful. They even have a game room where you can play ping-pong candlepin bowling pool. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
The rooms are on the smaller side and we had an issue with the hot water in the morning for our shower. It’s an on-demand unit and it was not working.

Great property. Beautiful location. Old property that could use an update but I knew that going into it and maybe that would take away from the charm of the place. It's very old school. Old hardwood floors, the guest rooms our small and have paper thin walls but it's still great and would go back. Staff fabulous. Great place for families and free hot breakfast.
Rooms need an update and the bathroom was extremely small. So small it was hard to move around.

Beautiful view from the room and very accommodating staff. The grounds were absolutely amazing and the breakfast was a great inclusion.
The pillows were a bit stiff.
