Mixed feelings

Location, views, pools, ambiance, The Grill and pools staff

1 out of 2 front desk staff really not supportive. Got wrong information about breakfast availability and timing for Thanksgiving day. Grill restaurant, so, so. Room windows poorly insulated, noise and cold coming through. Sofa bed not comfortable, plastic making noise at every movement. Dog barking from adjacent room (not an hotel fault, more owner’s rudeness) because of a poorly insulated room.

your reservation system is awful. I cancelled this reservation a couple weeks ago with 'Katie' on the phone....thus I don't understand the survey at this time,,,please confirm. thank you paul phalon 801 550 8398

Sucky and way overpriced

Somewhat friendly staff, and the grounds were ok. Not what I was expecting.

WAY OVERPRICED FOR THE STAY! This goes for the services and meals at either of the restaurants. Going 15 mins away saved us hundreds of dollars during the stay. The resort had a wedding, and our room was in the middle. Loud music and banging at all hours of the night. If I would have known that, I wouldn't have stayed.

Relaxing stay at a beautiful property

Beautiful room and location.

Checking in we were sent to wrong room. Breakfast service was slow.

Relaxing and friendly staff.

Breakfast was good. Service great and space lively.

The pools could have been cleaned up. Two days I had to remove drinks and towels from previous day. Road noise and view of road wasn’t great.

Amazing week with gorgeous views! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing and by far exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this resort and would love to be able to come back some day. Thank you Hacienda, wonderful establishment!

Beautiful historic place to spend the night in Tucson.

Charming, historical place. Our room was in the old building and it felt like you stepped back in time. The property was very quiet so you could get a good night's sleep. Shower was huge and no shortage of hot water. Staff was also helpful and friendly, offered suggestions for local restaurants. Would stay here today.

Could not get the bathroom heater to work properly thought the bedroom heater worked well.

Magical Resort with Wonderful Staff: Like A Family!

Wonderful staff interactions, they are extremely accommodating, I would go back to this resort in a heart beat next time I visit Tucson!

Absolutely fantastic couples' stay

We had a wonderful romantic weekend in Tucson together here! It BEYOND exceeded expectations- private spaces, beautifully appointed, incredible grounds, the restaurant was phenomenal for brunch. Just absolutely lovely!

Nothing big-- there are some flies in the outdoor eating space but they offer little wind machines to try and keep them away.

We had a very nice stay. everyone associated with the resort was very polite and friendly

Best food we ever had. Great staff'. David Mills the Sommelier along with Nick the waiter were fantastic. The Bartender staff was great' My wife said her cocktail the "DAY SPA" was the bet ever. Grounds were very nice the view of the Catalina mountains was beautiful.

Exceptional

The room was beautiful! Friendly staff and the views are wonderful! The breakfast at the Terraza was delicious. We stayed here for our 8th anniversary and we plan to stay here again in the near future. The price on Booking.com was exactly what we paid in the end. The bed was a little uncomfortable but that could just be us we have bad backs. Highly recommend 👌
