The staff was great !! The front desk manager was the greatest

Everything! The location, view, nearby places to dine, the level of security/safety, the cleanliness, and all of the amenities made this a truly restful stay. It definitely became an instant favorite.

Accommodations were clean well stocked with necessities. Parking was easily accessed and FREE Close to restaurants and shops.

Toilet. Needs to be changed to "Comfort Height/ Elongated" type to better accommodate seniors.

location, cleanliness, and awesome staff! Everyone there was genuinely nice and greeted us even the families/people staying there said Hi to us every time…….being black we’re not used to people being nice to us. I really loved the friendliness we received. The kids were very super happy they made friends. I loved being steps away from the beach! I would stay here again but will plan ahead & look for cheaper prices. I definitely recommend staying here.

They don’t have beach chairs to sit on by the beach & some hotels had this setup. It was nice we used them and a staff came and said these are only for people staying at our hotel😂 so if you want to stay here and want beach chair take your own step! Lol breakfast wasn’t good just the basic stuff bacon and sausages were too cold, my bed was too hard and uncomfortable and they have cheap rough blankets. we finished the rest of our stay at Legoland excellent beds, blankets, & breakfast was buffet style it felt like lunch……amazing! We ate so much didn’t need lunch we only ate breakfast, snacks, & dinner😊

Location was perfect and Dini’s is a nice place to eat, so close. breakfast was nice too. Balcony was nice, with a view of the water.

Room was a bit outdated.

we enjoyed all the amenities including breakfast, parking that’s included in the hotel stay, location and the heated pool. the staff made us feel welcome every time we greeted them. we stayed in a balcony room and it was an amazing view and enjoyed hearing the waves crash at night. for a women that forgot her makeup removing wipes, that was a huge plus for me having two make ups next to the toiletries that are included in the room.

Very friendly staff. Room was ready ahead of schedule at no additional cost. Great location opposite the ocean. Breakfast was good.

Our room was opposite the lift and quite noisy in the morning. Otherwise it was great.
