Large quiet room and bath. Our room we had a kitchen. It had style and charm and the investment in a renovation to a hotel this large took dedication to the property and community.
Truly the neighborhood, maybe the entire city felt rough - homeless and drug addicts hanging around, walking in area felt uncomfortable.

Converted 19C factory with loft vibe. Huge bathroom with lots of extras. Very large and quiet room. Comfortable and clean. Secure free parking. Located centrally for all Berkshire attractions.
No breakfast room within the hotel, although at least 2 excellent cafes within several blocks.

This hotel had a great feeling right from the beginning. It’s beautifully decorated and it smells wonderful as you walk in. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and comfortable.

The hotel is beautifully decorated both in the lobby and in the room, with a very good shower
The floor makes a really loud noise when you walk on it, you can also hear it from other places, the town itself is very unpleasant and unsympathetic.
There are no places to eat in the area and there is no breakfast at the hotel
