The accommodations were very nice. The suite was roomy, clean and well arranged. It was quieter than most other hotels I've used.
The location was the big negative for me. It is located in a high density retail/residential area which makes navigation a challenge. The traffic in this area is quite heavy and there is much congestion.

Was a wonderful environment and stay. However using booking.com complicate things because my trip got cut short and I needed to check out two days early. I’m still waiting to find out if I get a refund or if I have to pay for four nights even though I only stayed too. That is not accommodating.
No complaints other than using booking.com added a complication when things changed.

Breakfast was sub par, not the best if you want something good. Eggs rubbery, fruit had to keep asking for it to be put out as they walked past it several times.
The smell of POT from anther customer that was on the floor below us. We could smell it in our room and hallway, very strong. We was told that they could do nothing about it, as they have had a lot of complaints.
