The mini split heaters were very quiet and worked well. Comfortable beds and bedding. Very quiet too.
The hot tub was in need of cleaning. The shower handle was bound up and hard to use.

Very clean hotel
Staff helpful
Typical continental breakfast
Tvs are on a locked timer that you cant change so every 2 hours the TV shuts off
Moldy produce in breakfast area
Room prices are a little expensive for being outside of sioux falls

Difficult to locate staff. The breakfasts weren’t very good. Second day everything @ breakfast was out. I know checking in & checking out were available on line. Yes makes it easy but no phones in rooms and then one has to go back to front desk and use a phone to locate staff. No hospitality or ? Security.
