The location, staff, and breakfast were absolutely amazing! These rooms were probably the most sound proof I've ever experienced in a hotel room. It was so quiet, and they were sold out, so I know for sure there were people on both sides of our walls. We heard nothing, except a child in the hallway at one point. It was one of my most enjoyable stays to date. The free cookies were also a great perk. If ever back in the area, we will not even think twice about staying here again! It's a must!! Like I stated above, it was completely sold out the night of our stay, and everything was very well managed and kept up with.

The servers at breakfast were not very friendly, and didn't clean tables off often, but when we were finished eating, didn't miss the opportunity to tell us to tip her. I found that very rude.

The location was great, we went to a comedy show at that Santander arena and it was like a 50 ft walk. Staff was friendly and room was super clean.

Very convenient to the Santander arena across the street. The parking garage was a big plus.
